For late abstract submission please send an email to alessandra@cogest.info attaching the abstract in word format, indicating the topic number and the presenting author and all the information about author affiliations and email addresses. All the late abstract will be considered as poster.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

    Deadline for communication to the submitters of abstract acceptance
Abstract acceptance
  • abstract content will be the basis for acceptance of the paper presentation at the symposium
  • members of the Scientific Committee will review abstracts, then authors will be informed about acceptance
Guidelines for abstract submission
  • abstract submission will be accepted only via the Congress website (please use the button UPLOAD AN ABSTRACT)
  • each participant can submit maximum 1 abstract that will be presented as poster. Among the submitted abstracts, 12 of them will be selected for short oral presentation by members of the organizing committee.
  • when submitting an abstract please indicate one topic from the following list available on the Congress website:

    1. MYELOID CELL SUBSETS
    2. CANCER
    3. INFECTIONS
    4. SINGLE CELL ANALYSIS OF MYELOID CELLS
    5. MYELOID CELLS IN TISSUES
    6. IMMUNOMETABOLISM

  • title, author names, author affiliations will be insert by the online submission
  • you will upload the only text of your abstract, please check ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
After abstract submission
  • once abstract submission is completed, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation. If this is not the case, please contact alessandra@cogest.info if you want to modify your submitted information or for any inquiry please contact alessandra@cogest.info
Guidelines for abstract format
  • abstracts must be written in English
  • abstract should be of at least 200 words, but not exceeding 350 words including title, authors names, affiliations and acknowledgments
  • page should be 21.59 cm x 27.94 cm and margins should be 3 cm
  • please use font type Times New Roman, with single spaced lines
  • title of the paper (style: normal,14 pt, centred) should not span in more than two rows, and should be followed by one blank line
  • author names should be written (style: normal, 12 pt, centred) with initials followed by dot and family name written in full; authors should be separated by commas and marked with superscript when necessary to distinguish authors from different affiliations. First author name must be underlined
  • author affiliations (style: italics, 12 pt, centred) should be written in separate rows when there are more than one and the last is followed by two blank lines
  • abstract text (style: normal, 12 pt) should not be justified and the paragraphs should not be indented, only separated by one blank line
  • charts or graphics cannot be included in the abstract
  • abstracts text only must be saved as a MS Word document and submitted on line

POSTER PRESENTERS

Posters must be written in English.

Poster will be displayed in the Cloister Area and numbered as per indicated in the final program. Authors must place their poster in the specific indicated place. Organizers will supply authors with the necessary material to hang their posters.

Please note that the authors are responsible for removing posters at the end of the Poster session/Symposium. Posters still displayed after the removal time has passed will be dismantled by the Symposium Secretariat. The Symposium Secretariat is not responsible for any damage to remaining posters.

Authors should be present during the corresponding poster session in front of their poster for discussion.
All the information will be indicated in the letter of acceptance
